You will conduct sentiment analysis of recent Tweets about Covid-19 to provide a client with a report that analyzes sentiment toward Covid-19 and how the sentiment has changed in three different locations: San Francisco, Atlanta, and New York City.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Analyze sentiment within a text document
- Harvest textual data from the Twitter stream
- Analyze sentiment in Twitter data
This course will run from 1:00-3:00PM PDT Monday through Friday for one week. Course activities and class meetings are facilitated by industry experts who partner with UC Davis.
