Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative relationship between a trained coach and a client, whether the client is an individual or a team. Through active listening, powerful questions and direct observation, coaches guide clients through a process of self-discovery and support them in achieving their goals.

If you've thought of becoming a professional or team coach, or if you're already a coach and want to become certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), our Coaching programs can help. We offer two online programs, both accredited by the ICF, and designed to give you the tools, training and skills you need to succeed as a coach. Our Coaching for Life and Work Certificate Program, designed for professionals with at least five years of work experience in any field, is a five-month intensive program with a pathway to the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and later the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. Team Coaching for Organizational Excellence provides targeted, advanced training to current coach practitioners, managers and team leads in the specialized discipline of team coaching with a pathway to the Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) credential.
