National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) practice is constantly evolving through new federal agency and Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) guidance and federal court decisions. This workshop is primarily designed for intermediate to advanced NEPA practitioners, applicants and attorneys who already have a basic understanding of the NEPA process.
