Bhagavad Gita for Daily Life

How do you know which is the correct action to take or the right decision to make in difficult circumstances? The Bhagavad Gita addresses these questions in the form
of an epic poem. A warrior prince, Arjuna, is confronted by the choice of the right path in a moral dilemma. In a dialog with his mentor, the god Krishna, Arjuna is led through a series of teachings to a higher understanding of the spiritual nature of man. We will apply Krishna’s teachings to our own life and to our strategies to improve our actions. This spiritual classic text can be interpreted from a devotional or secular perspective. Both yoga approaches will be presented.
