CAD for 3-D Printing and Rapid Prototyping

The 3-D printing revolution is here. Learn to use Autodesk Inventor to create, edit and validate parts and assemblies, as well as how to prepare those parts and assemblies for 3-D printing and other rapid manufacturing techniques. Focus on cutting-edge technologies such as 3-D printing, rapid machining via laser cutting, CNC machining and how Autodesk Inventor plays a critical role in the use of these technologies. Participants will have the opportunity to produce their prototype at the end of the course for an additional charge. This course is designed for engineers and designers looking to develop skills in Autodesk Inventor, researchers and product developers who wish to utilize CAD or rapid prototyping, and students entering the CAD/3-D prototyping field.
