Course 1: Leadership in Construction

Begin your program experience by learning more about yourself and your unique strengths using the Gallup Framework. Through a series of live, online class discussions, you will have a chance to utilize past professional experiences and use review construction-specific case studies to understand best practices for leadership. You’ll also engage with fellow students in group discussions and one-on-one sessions to improve your emotional intelligence and communication skills. At the end of the course, you will be able to apply the leadership concepts required to manage diverse, high-performing teams.
