Course 2: Winning the Bid

You got the chance to bid on that big project…now what? Gain the skills and techniques leaders in the construction industry need to win work and take your organization to new levels of success. Through live, online course lectures, negotiation simulations, case studies, role playing and activities, you will learn how to help your organization outshine the competition. At the end of the class, you will participate in a mock bid presentation and compete with fellow classmates to “Win the Bid.”
