Vision is a complex process involving the eye and the brain. Our knowledge of vision in the human sets a basis for helping us understand vision in those species we term “companion animals” (i.e., dogs, cats, horses, birds). This course will cover color, visual acuity and range of view in our pets. There will be some time at the end of class to ask the instructor general questions about animal vision.
