Join us for the study and discussion of a few elements of the long 1100-year history of the Eastern Roman Empire. We will begin with a look at barbarian migrations into the empire. We will also examine the decline of the population and which made this possible; the long wars with Persia, a few dynastic struggles, or the development and turmoil within early Christianity.
