As with Part 1 of this class, in the first hour, the instructor will provide background and history of constitutional provisions. In the second hour, we’ll engage in interactive discussion of current developments on the topic. For example, we may discuss the Due Process Clause in the first hour and explore how it applies to the new Texas abortion statute in the second hour. Topics will be determined on the most current developments nationally. We’ll have plenty to talk about! Suggested readings will be sent to participants in advance of class each week.
