This Summer Institute is focused on teaching about the Transatlantic Slave Trade in the secondary classroom. Teachers will learn to use maps, timelines, and 3D video reconstructions of slave voyages to explore where people were taken, the rebellions that occurred, the loss of life during the voyages, and much more.
