In the Name of Love: The Music of Motown - Part 2

In response to popular demand by our members, a continuation curriculum has been prepared on the significant contribution of Motown to American music. Terrific sounds from the 60s, 70s and 80s representing great hits from Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta and elsewhere successfully competed for top spots on music charts. Most of these songs were recognizable within the first few seconds, grabbing the attention of listeners. We’ll be sharing the music of artists like Smokey Robinson, The Four Tops, The Temptations, Otis Redding, Stevie Wonder and many others. Shared videos will enhance appreciation of performances.
