Enjoy a tour of the Sudwerk production facility and learn about the processes involved in brewing beer. Our visit will center on the creation of beer from raw materials to the finished product. Discussion will focus on brewing history and Sudwerk’s place in the California Craft Brewing scene since its founding in 1989. We will conclude with a Q & A session and a beer tasting with charcuterie appetizers.
Note: The tour portion of this course will include prolonged periods of walking and standing for discussion. There are optional opportunities to view production areas that include climbing stairs.
