In this introductory class, students learn how to research family history from a local historian with a long family lineage in Yolo county - Robyn Rominger. This award-winning journalist and American West historical writer has more than 30 years of professional experience writing about agricultural, equestrian and lifestyle topics. She has authored two books, including: A Land Filled With Horses: The Yanci Ranch, a non-fiction story about a horse-rescue operation, and A Ranch For Generations.
Class discussion will include resources that are available in the local community and online.
