Over the past 40 years Marvin has been part of a national team supporting the NASA goal of exploring all our planets. Almost all of our deep space exploring spacecraft usually have their instruments powered by a plutonium “battery.” Marvin’s work has involved verifying the safety of the power source at launch and thereafter.
