This is a discussion class of exciting in-depth exploration of the advances in contemporary sciences and technologies. We will focus on understanding the scientific mechanisms, uses and future potentials of technologies described in one Scientific American article per class. No prior scientific experience is required, just a willingness to read, consider and discuss each assigned article. The class leader will communicate with participants and provide assignments via email. Limited enrollment.
