Telling Your Story

When we think of our job, we may think of the age-old, task-oriented job description. And while that tells us something about a position, it doesn’t really tell us what is interesting, compelling and human about what we do. And because we often need to communicate the fascinating parts of our jobs, we need to be able to tap into the story of our work.

Learn to bring out the story of your job and work. What are the exciting parts? What passion do you have for it? What interesting things happen? Why do you go to work each day? Discover how to tell the narrative of your position and passion, and engage people with your own, unique story.
