Transformative Reminiscence: Coming to Age without a Roadmap

Today we are seeing a new “Old Age.” This class has been uniquely tailored for reflective dialog and timely introspection for individuals who find themselves coming of "age" without a roadmap. The Life Story Interview, an instrument utilized by the Foley Center for the Study of Lives, will be used as participants work in dyads in the second hour of each class to explore their personal narrative. As we will learn in class, life-narrative data can be interpreted many ways. The information uncovered through the interview process will be used to ponder your own life story and offer new tools to think about what your next chapter might be.
