An influential group of uncredited session musicians powered hundreds of top 40 hits for artists as varied as the Beach Boys, Simon and Garfunkel, Elvis and Frank Sinatra. They helped Phil Spector realize his Wall of Sound production style. We’ll consider their stories and listen to their music.
