Our relationships define our lives. Yoga offers many tools to help us understand, heal and deepen our connections to ourselves and the world around us. The class will present philosophical models from classic yoga texts and will suggest how to implement these concepts to support practical applications in our daily life. The quality of our actions, decision making and relationships will benefit from our exploration of the universal, timeless message of yoga. The instructor follows the translations and interpretations of the T. Krishnamacharya lineage, with minimal use of Sanskrit terms. No prior knowledge of yoga texts is necessary.
