Emerging Leader
Designed for new managers, team leads and individual contributors aspiring to leadership positions, this comprehensive training will guide you by modeling a successful leadership strategy and help you gain the knowledge and tools needed to cultivate a growth mindset for yourself, your team and your organization.
Through live, online instruction and interactive discussions, this program is comprised of the following 6 half-day sessions:
Embracing a Growth Mindset
Can you change another person's mindset? Can you change your own mindset? The answer is a resounding yes. In this session, we will look at new research around fixed and growth mindset. Case studies and role playing will be used to explore how simply believing you can change makes an impact in personal growth and development.
Strength-based Leadership
Unlock your talents and enhance your contribution to both the organization and your team by leveraging your strengths effectively.
Human Communication in the AI Workplace
Learn to communicate with clarity, adapt to different audiences, lead conversations in virtual environments and use AI without sacrificing judgment, credibility or human connection. Rather than focusing on traditional communication skills, this session emphasizes practical, future-ready skills for hybrid work, fast-moving teams and AI-enabled workplaces.
Conflict in the Workplace
Though conflict is a situation that occurs daily, it often makes people uncomfortable. Learning to surface issues within the workplace and successfully navigate challenging situations with direct reports, peers and/or supervisors where emotions run high and positive outcomes are critical, is an integral leadership skill. In this session, you’ll explore your preferred methods of dealing with conflict and examine ways to use different approaches to help bring solutions to the most challenging circumstances.
Moving from Associate to Supervisor
Transitioning from employee to supervisor, new leaders often find themselves managing people who, just the week before, were their coworkers. In this session, we will explore how roles and beliefs change when promoted to supervisor, identify different types of leadership solutions for various situations and examine new goals and values for transitioning into your new role as a leader.
Leadership Prescence and Business Insight
Build trust and credibility through stronger presence and business thinking. Learn to communicate with clarity and confidence, connect your work to strategy and outcomes, and improve decision-making in complex, fast-moving environments. This practical, interactive session is grounded in modern leadership expectations, including digital presence and AI in leadership.
