Managing People and Performance

Managing People and Performance (MPP) is a new training program designed by UC Davis’s Learning and Organization Development for UC Davis Managers and Supervisors. This interactive and engaging course focuses on key UC Davis “people management” practices, the role of managers/supervisors in driving UC Davis values, and establishing a culture where employees are engaged, enthusiastic, and committed to UC Davis as a great place to work and to improving their team’s performance. It provides UC Davis’s HR “best practices” for managers to follow as well as frameworks, tools, and processes for managing the “UC Davis way.” Participants develop plans to strengthen these best practices within their areas of responsibility.
