This ongoing, discussion-based seminar explores selections from The New Yorker alongside current headlines. Participants engage with essays, reporting, fiction and commentary, using readings as a springboard for thoughtful conversation. Sessions emphasize shared perspectives and open dialogue in a collegial setting. No background required—just curiosity and an interest in discussion.

Enrollment Policies

Course enrollments close two (2) business days before the course start date. To receive a refund, withdrawal requests must be submitted by this same deadline. No refunds are given after the refund deadline. All withdrawal requests are subject to a $10 processing fee. If OLLI cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund. OLLI memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
