Ken Hurdle, J.D., has been a master facilitator of Leadership Practices Inventory since 2007 and is a certified master for "The Leadership Challenge." He strives toward leadership development by presenting and designing workshops at federal, state, local and private levels and working as a leadership coach. Hurdle served as the chief ombudsman for 12 years at the California Department of Corrections and as a senior consultant for the California State Senate, specializing in corrections, disability issues and Native American affairs. He has also worked with the California Department of Food and Agriculture and in the California Prison Industry.
Cleveland Justis, Ph.D., MBA, is the founder and principal of the Potrero Group and director of the UC Davis Executive Leadership Program. He has 25 years of experience in faculty positions at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, UC Davis Graduate School of Management, Georgetown University and Dominican University. With an MBA in strategic management and finance and a Ph.D. in social entrepreneurship, he is a sought-after keynote speaker and has experience organizing conferences and programs.
