- UC Davis Retiree Center: This center acknowledges the significance of retired staff and faculty, facilitating their ongoing connection to UC Davis. It offers services such as event planning, volunteer opportunities, information and referrals, and resources for retirement planning.
UC Davis Emeriti Association (UCDEA): This association offers emeriti from UC Davis, or other UC campuses residing in the Davis area, opportunities to maintain their association with the university. It supports continued engagement in academic and social activities, ensuring emeriti remain integral members of the UC Davis community. - County-Wide Organizations
- Yolo Healthy Aging Alliance (YHAA): A nonprofit organization that promotes the well-being of older adults in Yolo County through education, collaboration, and advocacy. YHAA serves as a unified voice for older adults and offers programs such as Senior Technology Assistance, Grab Bar installations, Mobile Meals for Healthy Aging, and Phone Friends.
Agency on Aging Area 4 (AAA4): Serving Yolo County, AAA4 funds and monitors programs for older adults, including caregiver support, health insurance counseling, information and assistance, legal services, nutrition, and transportation. - City-Specific Resources
Davis Senior Center: Located in Davis, this center offers recreational, social, and supportive services for mature adults and their families. Programs include fitness classes, art workshops, and assistance connecting to services.
