Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused partnership that supports personal and professional growth through structured conversations, goal setting and action. This program is for individuals who want to receive coaching to support their personal or professional goals. Participants are paired with a Professional Coaching for Life and Work Certificate Program coach-in-training who is developing innovative, evidence-informed coaching skills.
What to Expect
- Timing: This program is offered twice a year, with coaching engagements beginning in March and September. Applications are accepted year-round. We will be reaching out at the beginning of March to pair our current cohort.
- Participation Requirements: Participation includes six (6) one-hour coaching sessions conducted via phone or Zoom over 2–3 months. Clients are expected to commit to and complete all sessions as part of the program.
- Cost: This program is free. As a participant, you receive coaching at no cost while supporting the hands-on training of coaching certificate students.
- Participant Role: You will participate as a coaching client (not a coach-in-training); this program is designed for individuals seeking coaching, not for those pursuing coach training or certification. If you are interested in becoming a coach, please visit our Professional Coaching Certificate Program.
