DBE Review Sessions 1, 2 and 3

Designed for brewers or brewers-to-be who are studying independently to prepare to sit for the rigorous Diploma in Brewing Examination (DBE), these intensive review sessions are offered just before the examinations in June. Review Session 1 focuses on DBE Module 1—Materials and Wort. Review Session 2 focuses on DBE Module 2—Yeast and Beer. Review Session 3 focuses on DBE Module 3—Packaging and Process Technology. Each five-day session is scheduled Monday through Friday, with lectures and practice examinations appropriate to each DBE module.

Please note: This bundle includes all three review sessions. Students wishing to enroll in individual sessions may do so through the specific course page.
