In order to meet their objectives and enable change in an enterprise, business analysts must understand their roles and responsibilities and be able to identify and quantify their objectives. In this online course, business analysts, project managers and other agents of change will continue to grow their skills in stakeholder requirements analysis and traceability through the lifecycle of the project. Students will learn the techniques for organizing the information needed to support traceability and quality assurance, and complete an assessment of the solution to measure performance and evaluate the benefits of a project. Learners will explore these concepts through a mix of lectures, supplementary videos and readings and hands-on activities and case studies. At the end of this course, participants will be able to identify stakeholder requirements, resolve business conflicts, and identify and use opportunities and techniques to assess solution performance and the realization of benefits.
