One Capitol Mall

As of July 15, 2019, UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education's Sacramento classes are now held in our new location at One Capitol Mall, Suite 260.

Our new location features:

• A “Heart of Sacramento” Location – Centrally located, with easy access to downtown and Old Sacramento, I-5, numerous dining options, and a 4-star hotel (Embassy Suites Riverfront Promenade is right across the street)
• On-site Security – There’s a single main entrance with a check-in desk and dedicated security personnel in the lobby
• An Iconic Building – One Capitol Mall is beautiful – Lots of marble, brass, stunning views of the Capitol and Sacramento River
• Convenient Parking – Students will have exclusive use of dedicated parking spaces
• Close to Light Rail – We’re a six-block walk from the 7th/8th and Capitol Mall Station

Map and Directions

From Davis: Head east on I-80. Take the Downtown/Jefferson Blvd. exit. Continue on CA-275. Cross the Tower Bridge and continue on Capitol Mall. Make a U-turn on 3rd Street and One Cap Mall is on the right.

From Folsom: Head west on US-50. Take I-5 north towards Redding. Take the J Street exit towards downtown. Take a sharp right on 3rd Street. Turn right on Capitol Mall and One Cap Mall is on the right.

From Roseville: Head west on I-80. Take I-5 south towards Los Angeles. Take the J Street exit towards downtown. Turn right on 3rd Street. Turn right on Capitol Mall and One Cap Mall is on the right.

From Elk Grove: Head north on CA-99. Merge onto US-50 west towards San Francisco (if you hit San Francisco, you’ve gone too far). Take I-5 north towards Redding. Take the J Street exit towards downtown. Take a sharp right on 3rd Street. Turn right on Capitol Mall and One Cap Mall is on the right.

We’re in suite 260.

Parking Information

Tower Bridge Garage

Hours of operation:
Monday-Friday, 6. a.m.-5 p.m.

Daily student and visitor parking is at Tower Bridge Garage (the brick garage across from Joe’s Crab Shack). This is a self-park garage. Pull in, take a ticket and park. Validate your parking ticket ($4.00 flat rate) at the designated location inside Suite 260. Pay for your ticket upon exit of the garage. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are parked in the Tower Bridge Garage past 5 p.m., you will be charged the standard parking rate of $1.50 per half hour.

One Capitol Mall Garage – Level P1

Hours of operation:
Monday-Friday, 6 p.m.-Close
Saturday, 8 a.m.-Close
Sunday, Closed

This is a valet-only garage to be used after hours and on weekends. To park here, take a ticket, leave your car with the valet and bring your ticket inside with you. Before leaving the building, validate your parking ticket ($4.20 flat rate) at the designated location inside Suite 260. Then proceed to the valet, who will process your payment (credit cards only) and retrieve your car.

Note: Bike parking is also available on level P1.
