Overview of California Environmental Regulations

Online

The web of environmental laws and regulations in California is famously complex and ever evolving. Gain a comprehensive overview of the California regulatory landscape and learn how to navigate the key legal and regulatory requirements for implementing your projects. This online course provides a practical understanding of federal, state and local environmental laws and regulations and how these requirements interact throughout the project development stage. Through pre-recorded lectures and live instruction, you’ll cover the regulatory process from site identification to implementation, including entitlements and construction, and explore potential compliance challenges through a discussion of case studies.
