Stefanie Plaumann, J.D., has been practicing law in state and federal courts for over 23 years. For the past 18 years, she has focused on a combination of federal criminal defense and commercial litigation. She has been teaching at the higher education level in both classroom and online settings for over 15 years.

Michael J. Pocchia, J.D., is a practicing attorney with over 30 years of legal experience in both civil and criminal litigation. He has been a professor of Legal Studies for over 22 years, lecturing in colleges, business schools and corporations throughout the United States in both classroom and online programs. He is a frequent invited speaker at national conferences and forums to discuss recent trends in child support administrative and judicial enforcement.
