Our ICF Team Coaching Certification Training Program, ICF’s Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC), is designed to equip you with the business insight, tools and practice you need to support team success as an internal or external team coach.

Team coaches develop proficiency in facilitation training, group development and conflict resolution to successfully manage multiple stakeholders and interpersonal dynamics while focusing the team on their collective identity, purpose and goals.
