This course is a 3.0 CEU option for registered participants of the UC Davis Math Project Institute. Participants will work with experienced mathematics educators and teacher-leaders to examine critical middle school concepts and standards, as well as explore strategies and techniques for transforming the teaching of these concepts to more closely reflect the habits of mind identified in the Math Practice Standards.
