Healthy Summer Cooking at the Davis Food Co-op
Join us for a hands-on culinary experience at the Davis Food Co-op’s teaching kitchen, where fresh flavors and seasonal ingredients take center stage. In this special OLLI cooking class, you’ll explore a healthy summer menu designed to nourish and delight—perfect for warm-weather gatherings or everyday meals.
Led by the Co-op’s skilled instructors, you’ll watch, and participate in, step-by-step preparation of a vibrant, health-conscious lunch that you’ll enjoy as a shared meal with fellow OLLI members. Learn techniques, tips, and substitutions that make healthy cooking simple, satisfying, and seasonal. This event offers a relaxed and flavorful day of food, learning, and community.

The lecture and demonstration will take place in-person at the Davis Food Co-op Teaching Kitchen, 620 G. Street, Davis, CA 95616. Ample free parking is available surrounding the building and at the parking lot at the Davis Co-op parking log.
