Human Origins and Evolution from a Genetic Perspective

Explore the origins and diversity of modern humans through a genetic perspective. We will cover what distinguishes us from our closest living relatives, tracing population histories within and out of Africa. We’ll also look at why a small percentage of Neanderthal DNA is found in many populations today and discuss the signatures of natural selection that we can uncover from contemporary DNA.
