Recent Supreme Court Developments
Discuss current developments in the U.S. Supreme Court, including petitions, writs filed and granted, briefs, arguments, opinions and dissents. For context, historic background and constitutional doctrines underlying the issues will be presented. Readings and current articles will be provided by the instructor.

The Zoom link to participate in this course will be provided via email the day before the FIRST session of every course. (Monday class links will be sent on the previous Thursday.)
