SF Opera Matinee - Rigoletto
Experience the power and passion of grand opera with OLLI on a group excursion to San Francisco Opera’s matinee performance of Rigoletto. One of Verdi’s most riveting masterpieces, Rigoletto tells a gripping tale of love, betrayal, and revenge—brought to life by world-class voices and stunning stagecraft
This special event includes round-trip transportation from Davis and orchestra-level seating at the historic War Memorial Opera House. Participants will enjoy a pre-performance lunch at the renowned Hayes Street Grill, located just steps from the venue. After lunch our group will attend a pre-performance talk before the opera commences.
Whether you’re a seasoned opera-goer or exploring the art form for the first time, this excursion offers an unforgettable cultural experience with fellow OLLI members.
Included: Round-trip bus transportation provided from Davis, group lunch at Hayes Street Grill, orchestra level seating at the SF War Memorial Opera House, pre-performance discussion at the theater.

OLLI Summer 2025 membership is required ($15 Summer membership fee covers all courses and trips this summer.)
Parking and bus pick-up location will be emailed one week in advance of trip. Student credit may not be applied to this event.
Course fees are non-refundable once you have enrolled but may be transferred no later than Sept 3 to another ADULT participant if you are unable to attend. No participants under age 18 allowed.
Please note that OLLI staff are unable to provide personal care assistance on field trips. If you require assistance with walking, climbing steps or stairs, or personal care, please plan to enroll a personal caregiver who can attend to those needs throughout the trip.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your purchase to another ADULT (AGE 18 OR OLDER) participant through Sept. 3. AFTER Sept. 3, no transfers are allowed and all fees are
forfeit to OLLI. Contact olli@ucdavis.edu in the event you need to transfer your purchase to another attendee.
