Michelle Payne is a Master Certified Coach who has worked with executives across the U.S. and internationally. She teaches the Leading as a Coach seminar as part of the Executive Leadership Program.
"The best leaders not only manage, they develop their employees. They understand that their greatest contribution to talent development can come from effectively coaching their direct reports. Coaching as a leader means engaging direct reports in a way that challenges their thinking and enables them to reflect and become more self-aware. Leaders who coach their employees encourage them to stop and learn from their successes and failures and to question assumptions and reevaluate their perceived limits," Payne said.
