Building inclusive spaces is everyone’s responsibility. And fostering diverse and inclusive environments is not only the right thing to do – it directly enhances performance. According to Harvard Business Review, “teams with inclusive leaders are 17% more likely to report that they are high performing, 20% more likely to say they make high-quality decisions and 29% more likely to report behaving collaboratively.” Many leaders recognize the value that diverse teams can bring, but struggle to implement policies, strategies and initiatives that make necessary organizational change.
